In addition to being able to download the documents, we are here to notarize any document that requires notarization. We offer remote notarization, free of charge. Simply make an appointment via our website and it’s just that easy. Please keep in mind that we cannot provide any legal advice, which means that we cannot explain what information belongs on the forms. Unfortunately, such questions must be answered by legal professionals.
We can administer oaths, commonly coined -“jurats”-; in addition to -“acknowledgements”-. We can also notarize -“affidavits”-, which are statements used in legal proceedings.
We also offer -“Certified Copies”- of documents. There may come a time or times where copies of documents need to be-“certified”- as -“true and accurate copies”-. While we cannot certify copies of documents like birth and death certificates [vital statistics]; we can certify copies of other documents like Wills and Power of Attorney. If you require -“certified copies”-, simply email us a copy of the document or documents and we will handle the rest for you! As always, this service is also free of charge.
